AllCars: buying cars in Tallinn since 2020
AllCars buys used cars from private owners in Tallinn and Harju County. We buy cars in any condition: working or broken, accident-damaged, without inspection or on lease. Since 2020 we have bought more than 1,500 cars.
Deals are handled by Vladislav Moisejev. He values the cars on site, prepares the contracts and ownership changes, and answers calls every day from 9:00 to 19:00. This way you deal with one person from start to finish, the same person who makes the final offer.
Our principle is simple: we quote the price honestly and it doesn’t change after the contract is signed. If selling to us isn’t the best option for you, we’ll say so and explain how you could sell the car for more.

Our main service area is Tallinn and Harju County. In Tallinn we usually reach your car the same day, often within a couple of hours. For longer trips we agree the price by phone in advance.
